B2B Pre-contract Information and Sales Terms

B2B scope and parties

These terms govern distance-sales orders between the customer placing an order on eslturkiye.com and AYA TEKNOLOJİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ as seller. The details entered at checkout identify the buyer.

Electronic shelf labels, base stations, digital displays, licences, accessories and related services are offered for commercial or professional use. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that it acts within its business or professional activity and that the order is a B2B sale.

If the transaction exceptionally qualifies as a consumer transaction by its true nature, mandatory consumer rights cannot be limited by these terms.

Goods and total price

The product characteristics, model, quantity and unit price are displayed on the product, cart and checkout pages. The checkout summary shows the total including VAT before confirmation.

Shipping, mounting, installation or project services are not included unless expressly listed in the order summary. No later charge is collected without explicit approval.

Order formation and payment

Confirming an order creates an obligation to pay. Payment is available only by bank transfer and the order number must be included in the payment reference.

The order proceeds after availability and payment are confirmed. If stock or delivery timing changes before payment, the customer is informed and may reject the change and cancel.

Delivery and performance

Goods are sent to the delivery address entered at checkout. The promised timing is stated with order confirmation; statutory maximum periods apply to consumer transactions unless otherwise agreed. See the Shipping Information page for details.

Withdrawal, returns and cancellation

The statutory 14-day no-reason consumer withdrawal right under Turkish Law No. 6502 does not apply to B2B orders. Cancellation or return of conforming goods is possible only with Aya Teknoloji’s written acceptance or under a specific agreement between the parties.

Contractual and statutory remedies for defective, incorrect or incomplete delivery remain unaffected. Detailed conditions are explained on the Returns and Cancellation page.

Company- or project-specific goods

Discretionary cancellation and return are not accepted once production or customisation begins for goods prepared according to a customer-approved logo, laser marking, special colour, enclosure, labelling, dimensions, production or similar specifications.

Technical specifications, quantity, lead time and any sample or approval information presented before production or sourcing form part of the order scope.

Disputes and remedies

Please first contact us using the details shown on this site. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court subject to current monetary and jurisdictional rules. Commercial transactions follow the applicable agreement and general jurisdiction rules.
