Technically, product name, price, inventory, expiry date, QR and other retailer-defined fields can be displayed. However, accuracy, authorization and regulatory compliance for dosage, use, side effects, contraindications or health claims remain the pharmacy’s responsibility. Aya Teknoloji maps only approved data fields into templates.

Where the source system supports integration, SKU, price, promotion, inventory and approved fields can flow to ZKONG Cloud through APIs or controlled transfers. ZKONG’s H-Pharma implementation highlights ERP/POS integration as a core requirement. Exact scope depends on the fields and services exposed by the existing software.

If the source system supplies correct product and batch data, availability, inventory or expiry date can be mapped to the template. The label does not count stock or generate expiry data on its own; it displays authorized source data. Batch-level use requires explicit product-batch-shelf mapping and update rules.
READABILITYWhich display size is right for small, dense shelves?＋
Selection considers viewing distance, field count, unit-price requirements, barcode/QR size and rail height—not product width alone. Compact 1.5–2.9-inch models suit dense shelves, while 4.2-inch and larger screens support more information. The real template is tested on a pilot label.

Yes. If source data contains store, category, brand, product-group and date rules, the relevant template can be published only to target stores. Campaign end, regular-price restoration and product binding are validated during the pilot.

Rails, clips or holders are selected alongside display size, considering visibility, cleaning and handling. E-paper batteries typically operate for several years, but updates, LED use and temperature affect life. Cleaning must match the model’s ingress rating; chemical or water exposure should never be assumed without product approval.
