Data controller

AYA TEKNOLOJİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Categories of data

Depending on the service, we may process name, company and contact details, billing and delivery address, tax details, order and payment status, request and message content, preferences, and limited transaction data needed for site security and operation.

We do not collect card details on this site. Payment is by bank transfer. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in free-text request or message fields.

Purposes

• Receiving and fulfilling orders, proposals and service requests.
• Communicating with customers and managing delivery, installation, support, invoicing and payment.
• Meeting accounting, tax, consumer-law and other legal duties.
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
• Securing the site and information systems and detecting misuse or automated traffic.
• Measuring visits and improving the site only where the visitor has opted in.

Legal grounds and collection

Data is collected through website forms, order transactions, email, phone and support interactions by automated or partly automated means. Processing relies on Article 5 grounds including contract formation or performance, legal obligations, establishment or defence of rights, and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Activities requiring consent are optional and requested separately.

Recipient groups

Data may be shared only as needed with authorised staff; hosting and IT providers; carriers and logistics providers; accountants, banks and e-document providers; and competent public or judicial authorities where legally required.

The Google Tag Manager container code is technically loaded throughout the site. The site’s anonymous visitor identity and internal visit measurement are activated only when analytics permission is granted. You can change this preference on the Cookie Policy page.

Retention and security

Data is retained for applicable statutory periods and only as long as needed for its purpose, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Access is restricted and reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are applied.
