Order and payment confirmation

Orders are paid by bank transfer. Payment instructions are provided after the order is placed; preparation begins after funds reach our account and product availability is confirmed.

If stock, high quantities, special mounting or project requirements require further confirmation, the estimated preparation and delivery time is provided to the customer.

Delivery time

The delivery date is stated in the B2B order confirmation or proposal according to stock, quantity, destination and any special preparation. For high-volume and project orders, the lead time agreed by the parties applies.

Production or sourcing time for company- or project-specific goods is disclosed before work begins. Mandatory statutory delivery periods remain applicable where a transaction exceptionally qualifies as a consumer transaction.

Shipping, installation and extra charges

If the checkout does not display a delivery charge, no shipping fee is collected when the order is placed. Special freight, field installation, mounting or similar services are quoted separately and are never added without the customer’s explicit approval.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and should notify us of changes before dispatch.

Receipt and damage checks

For B2B orders, delivery method, carrier and transfer of risk follow the order confirmation or any specific agreement between the parties. Where the transaction qualifies as a consumer transaction, statutory responsibility until delivery to the consumer or their designated person remains unaffected.

If the package is visibly crushed, torn or wet, we recommend recording this with the carrier and notifying us promptly. This does not limit contractual or statutory remedies for defective, incorrect or incomplete delivery.

When supply becomes impossible

If performance becomes impossible, the customer is informed without delay and an alternative product or timing is offered for approval. If the alternative is declined, amounts collected for the undelivered portion are refunded under the agreement and applicable law.
